High Hill Gotlands is dedicated to raising, showing and selling high quality registered Gotland sheep and fleeces. High Hill Gotlands is located in Chandlersville, Ohio and shepherded by Michele Potts. While I have raised and shown registered sheep most of my life I started my Gotland flock in 2015. High Hill Gotlands currently consists of 20 adult ewes which are bred naturally each year without the use of any hormones. I also keep a few ewe lambs each year that move into the brood ewe flock after their yearling year. High Hill Gotland ewes are very prolific and have had a 200%+ lambing percentage for the last several years. My ewe flock has been closed since 2016 which means I do not purchase ewes but choose my replacement ewes from the ewe lambs born on my farm each year. Breeding rams are both raised and purchased.

2026 Lambs

2026 Lambs should arrive the end of March through mid April. Please contact me if interested. 2026 lambs will be sired by HHH Finnegan, HHH Fritz and HHH Franklin. The majority of the lambs will be sired by Finnegan. I was needing to reduce my flock quite a bit for the pasture that I have and I had the opportunity to sell several bred ewes this fall. I have 11 ewes due to lamb the end of March through mid April and one ewe lambing late May. Please contact me if you would like to be added to a list for 2026 lambs.

I strive to offer high quality Gotland sheep at reasonable prices. Please contact me if you have an interest in a 2026 lamb. I do not require a deposit to be put on the list. Deposits are only required once a specific lamb is chosen. High Hill Gotland Lambs are born in April, weaned towards the end of June and generally ready to head to their new homes in July. All lambs are given two Clostridial/Tetanus vaccines and will be dewormed as needed and hoof trimmed before leaving. Health certificates will be provided when leaving the state and in state if requested. Most ewe and ram lambs are usually priced between $400 and $600, with a few select rams sometimes priced a bit higher. Wethers are priced from $250 to $300. Call/Text Michele at 740.674.4406.

If I am selling a mature ewe for breeding purposes she will be a healthy productive ewe. I will add the ewes that I will be selling to this page by July of 2026. The mature ewes will be ready for new homes in July after their lambs are weaned. If you are interested in a mature ewe in 2026 please let me know and I can contact you when I know who will be available. Mature ewes are usually priced between $300 and $500.
